Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), ÖMÜR TURİZM GEZİ ORGANİZASYON SEYAHAT ACENTASI ("Ömür Turizm"), acting as data controller, attaches great importance to processing your personal data lawfully, transparently, and securely. This Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data collected through our website is processed and the rights you hold.

- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of conditions set out in the KVKK,
- Request that the correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your applications regarding the rights you hold under the KVKK via the Contact page on our website or through our contact channels. Your applications will be evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation and concluded within the legal time limits.
Updates
This Notice may be updated in line with changes in applicable legislation or in our services. The current version becomes effective on our website as of its publication date.
